**Job Purpose**:
Under the direction of the Web Merchandise Supervisor, the Web Merchandise Associate will assist in creating an engaging online shopping experience by maintaining Forever 21s promotional shop webpages.
**Deliverables**:
* Maintain visual aesthetics online by merchandising the E-Commerce site daily
* Work with Web Merchandise Supervisor to ensure all samples are properly shot and that web buy items are timely uploaded to the web
* Maintain promotional shop web pages according to current trends and key categories
* Maintain an updated list of all promotion category names
* Ensure all promotional pages have adequate inventory levels to support the campaigns
* Create reference boards for key seasonal trends
* Attend weekly web campaign meetings and ensure all promotional pages have adequate inventory levels to support the campaign
* Create product guides, content themes and other web content as needed
Job Requirements **Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications**:
* Bachelors Degree and/or fashion background preferred
* 2-3 years of E-Commerce, merchandising, or beauty experience preferred
* Previous buying experience is a plus
* Must have a creative eye for trends and flair for upcoming trends
* Must have a general understanding of sales analytics
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
* Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
* Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
