POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence Delivery Manager (BIDM) is responsible for consulting with our ERP customers to provide business intelligence and data solutions. The role is customer facing, coordinating with our customers from requirements to delivery. The BIDM advocates for the customer to the delivery team, and also for the delivery team back to the customer, arriving at a true solution for the customer's needs.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Gather application, integration, and reporting requirements.
Deliver solution proposals for cloud data platforms, ERP systems, and ERP integrations.
Communicate with the development team to ensure solution accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct a quality assurance inspection prior to delivery.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and acquire client approvals.
Manage assigned portfolio of business.
Manage actual effort against forecast.
Provide support for delivered solutions.
Attend meetings and complete assigned training.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
KEY COMPETENCIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but are not necessarily all inclusive.
Excellent communication skills.
Expert at conducting client kickoff, status / touchpoint, demonstration, project close, and pulse meetings with large customers ($200m - $2b).
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up.
Proficient with Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing software development projects.
Familiar with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O data model, including SCM, Project, and Finance modules.
Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and T-SQL.
Familiar with solutions using ETL via Azure Data Lake Gen2 and Azure Synapse Analytics (and ready to dive into Microsoft Fabric).
Familiar with Data Visualization deliverables in Power BI
Experience delivering technical and functional solutions for minimum 2 full lifecycle ERP implementations for D365 F&O or AX 2012.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
Effectively communicate in English with team members, management, and customers in both verbal and written format
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to maintain positive attitude and function well while working in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Bachelor s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related equivalent of experience.
Minimum 2 years of customer facing experience on an ERP project with progressive responsibilities.
ERP / cloud certification in the Microsoft channel preferred.
Current State Driver s License & Clean Driving Record
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Position may require travel to meet clients: up to 20%
Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Perform work with OSHA required PPE; Including COVID19 PPE
