Assess business, user and technical requirements. Design, develop, test and refine prototypes. Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites. Provide regulatory support. Provide customer service by solving operational issues. Support the unit's commitment to customers' satisfaction through fast and courteous service via telephone and written correspondence. Process customer service requests such as address changes, statement copies, et cetera. Work under minimal supervision. Fill customer orders with supervision. Take and execute complex solicited or unsolicited investment orders in Sales or Trading Representative's absence. Provide back-up for others and may provide training or work direction to less experienced staff.Responsibilities:This individual will be supporting the customer experience function of the Credit Card Servicing team. This team manages the full lifecycle of Customer end to end experience utilizing credit card products.Performing research to understand customer experience including pain points to help with future strategy. May include reading call transcripts, reviewing surveys, listening to calls, and/ or interviewing CustomersEnsuring project deliverables by managing, communicating, updating project plansScheduling meetings and deadlines to ensure alignmentReporting findings to leadership and across LOBsQualifications:Background in User Experience/ Customer Experience (UX/CX) - Specific focus on research and outputQualitative research experienceExperience in project support/ project planning / ConsultingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office program
