**Description**
The Vermont Teddy Bear Company is seeking for Marketplace order Processing Specialist to join our team. The primary function of this position is to help facilitate the pulling and processing of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments to meet shipment deadlines. This will include locating and pulling product from the warehouse, accurately processing the FBA shipments, and managing the workflow in the FBA area to promote efficiency. Ensure all appropriate documentation and procedures are followed to facilitate timely pickups of FBA shipments.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**** Oversee the FBA processing team(s) daily work.
Print labels as needed by the processing team.
Assist in the staging and shipping of FBA transfers.
Assist in space planning/utilization.
**** Responsible for adherence to the Vermont Teddy Bear Companys inventory control policies and procedures.
Adhere to Peak vacation blackout periods and extended hours.
Other Duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**** Strong computer skills
Flexibility to work long hours leading up to and during our peak volume periods.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
An understanding of Vermont Teddy Bear Companys packing process and fulfillment workflow.
Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds repeatedly and overhead.
Must be able to bend, stoop and reach repeatedly.
Must be able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods on a concrete floor.
**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**
**** HS Diploma or GED
