Job Details
POSITION SUMMARY: Individual reports to the Procurement Manager and is responsible for responding to requests quote from the sales team, and other procurement related tasks from the Purchasing Manager as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Issues Request for Quotes based on inquires received from customers
2. Assist with coordinating logistics within the organization
3. Perform Inventory data analysis and management
4. Issues Purchase Orders for casing, tubing, and accessories
5. Provides feedback on vendor performance to Procurement Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. in Business, Economics or related field
Excellent communication skills
Purchasing experience preferred
Strong computer skills / ERP (Oracle) experience desirable
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry helpful
