**WHAT YOU WANT MATTERS TO US**

**Customer Care Advisor:**

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will

* Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer

* Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer

* Interact with internal and external customers using proper greeting, scripts, terminology and grammar according to the QA and training standards

* Escalate issues as needed to appropriate channels based on sensitivity, possible legal ramifications, or customer requests outside of the range of Customer Care scope

* Greet and handle multiple types of calls from dealer personnel/third party partners to resolve customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner

* Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services

**Roadside Assistance Advisor:**

As a Roadside Assistance Advisor, you will-

* Handle after hours Customer Care calls related to recall campaigns, troubleshooting and product/service inquires as needed

* Handle all inbound customer inquiries including but not limited to Roadside Assistance, Customer Care, Product/Service inquires, Roadside program guideline inquiries

* Interact with internal and external customers using proper greeting, scripts, terminology, and grammar according to the QA and training standards

* Assist department with mentoring of new hires when required, responsible for attending departmental training classes when offered

* Interact with dealer personnel/third party partners to resolve customer concerns, follow up on roadside dispatches, clarify products, and other related follow up communication needed

**TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:**

* High-school diploma or GED required

* Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required

* Understanding of vehicle basics

* Auto/Technical background experience is a plus (dealership experience, OEM experience, auto enthusiasts)

* Emergency services background experience is a plus (Roadside, 911 Dispatch)

* Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge

* Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

* Demonstrate patience and professionalism in all customer contact situations

* Able to rotate shifts, as needed
