Home Helpers Home Care of Aberdeen is a Veteran-owned in-home care agency in the greater Fort Liberty, NC area. Our team provides premium in-home personal care services with individualized care plans.

Role Description

Caregivers at Home Helpers Home Care of Aberdeen provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing in-home care services for anyone needing a little help to be safe and happy at home. Duties may include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. The Caregiver will work with client's care team and follow their client's care plan to ensure all in-home care needs are being met.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing in-home personal care services
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Flexibility in scheduling

Compensation

• $15-20 / hour depending on education, certification, and experience

• 40 hours of paid initial training (CEUs available for CNAs, CMAs, and EMTs)
