As an Account Executive for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will play a pivotal role serving as a strategic resource to realtors helping them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives. Through captivating presentations, you'll guide prospective real estate agents to subscribe to our client s innovative platform that elevates their marketing objectives.

This role offers a highly competitive base plus commission package with first year on target earnings over six figures expected.


**Please note: This opportunity is based in Richmond, VA (paid relocation offered), and is 4 days per week onsite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Cultivate impactful relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue via a subscription model.
  • Business Expansion: Utilize outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and successfully close deals.
  • Virtual Presentations: Showcase the value of our client s offering through engaging virtual presentations.
  • Proactive Achievement: Surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with colleagues to collectively drive revenue
  • Client-Centric Focus: Deliver top-notch customer support, tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure those solutions are successful


Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales preferred, ideally in digital marketing or residential real estate. Other sales experience will be considered
  • Proven success in a corporate sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
