Oracle HCM Consultant Implementation Lead - 24-00084 (Human Capital Management)

Location: Richmond, VA

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite, 2-3 days remote Must be local to Richmond VA area)

Duration: 12+ month contract

Rate: $75.00-$78.00 per hour

(Corp to Corp is fine for candidates eligible for hire without sponsorship)

Responsibilities:

As an Oracle HCM Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving HR technology implementations. Your responsibilities include:

1. Project Leadership:

• Lead the planning, process design, configuration, process playback, user acceptance testing, cutover, and production launch for HR technology projects.
• Drive the project lifecycle from design and development to completion with minimal support.

1. Oracle Cloud HCM Configuration:

• Design and configure Oracle cloud HCM modules, with a focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Onboarding, and Talent Management Suite.
• Optimize the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to streamline recruitment processes, including job requisitions, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Configure integrations with third-party applications while ensuring security, compliance, and data integrity.

1. Custom Rules and UI/UX Enhancement:

• Design custom rules using Visual Builder Studio (Express/Advanced Mode) and migrate them across environments.
• Utilize sandbox tools to enhance the user interface and user experience of the Oracle cloud HCM application.

1. Reporting and Security:

• Create HCM Extracts, HDL Loads, BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher), and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports and dashboards.
• Apply excellent judgment skills to enhance and maintain HCM role security and set up audit policies according to industry standards.

1. Middleware Technologies:

• Implement and provide post-production support using Oracle Middleware technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

1. Solution Approach:

• Demonstrate solution approaches through proof of concept and seek business approval before transitioning to full implementation.
