Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead sales and marketing efforts for a new business specializing in custom, digitally printed products for the commercial and hospitality wallcovering markets. This key role focuses on growing brand recognition and expanding market share through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and implement strategies to penetrate the commercial and hospitality markets with digital wallcovering products.
• Channel Development: Utilize knowledge of Interior Design to develop sales channels targeting architectural firms and general contractors.
• Brand Development: Enhance brand visibility and establish a strong market presence in a growing industry segment.
• Technical Proficiency: Gain a thorough understanding of digital inkjet printing processes, substrates, and equipment to effectively guide customers and ensure quality product delivery.
• Order Management: Oversee the management of orders through the existing ERP system, maintaining high standards of operational reporting and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure prompt and effective fulfillment of orders, maintaining focus on outstanding customer service and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience or interest in digital printing, graphic arts, and production environments is preferred.
• Experience in working with architectural and interior design firms or contractors is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to creating high-quality custom products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, frequent standing, walking, and reaching.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business and client needs.
