Our award-winning client is a leader in healthcare with over 10,000 employees and decades of experience and commitment to all aspects of patient care.Medical Schedulers work in a call center scheduling diagnostic procedures, transcribing physician orders and collecting information pertaining to insurance processing. The ideal candidate for this role will be a compassionate caregiver with prior healthcare scheduling experience gained in a high volume inbound and outbound call center setting. The scope of the role encompasses aspects of billing and payment collections in advance of care.Opportunities available are in Stuart M-F 9a-5:30p or 10a- 6:30p. All positions are contract, fulltime, onsite in a healthcare facility with a contract-to-hire option.Requirements:
- Compassionate caregiver mindset
- COVID and flu vaccine or approved medical or religious exemption
- 1+ year of high-volume healthcare scheduling experience preferably in a call center
- Functional knowledge of software like Epic or e-ClinicalWorks and common Office products
- Knowledgeable of health insurance
- Agile, independent multi-tasker comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Diagnostic healthcare experience helpful
