With Gateways rapid growth comes aggressive plans to construct Gateways network and 10x customer growth over the next 12 months. Gateway is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support this growth and maintain the highest level of customer service Gateway is proud to offer and leverages to differentiate us from the competition. The Customer Service Representative is expected to contribute in the following significant ways:

* Follow standard processes and procedures.

* Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.

* Redirect problems to appropriate resources.

* Provide excellent customer service support including technical troubleshooting of service issues.

* Resolve every incoming customer requests as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining a pleasant professional demeanor.

* Manage customer communications received via multiple sources phone, email, text, & social sites.

* Exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.

* Effectively communicate Gateways product and service offering.

* Follow-up with potential customers to finalize orders.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.

* Must have flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business.
