We arelooking for a eCommerce Senior Web Analytics Consultant to join our team.
Roleand Responsibilities:
Lead the Web Analytics & UX analytics for ecommercebusiness.
WebAnalytics: Customer Journey, Page Analytics, Pathing, Search Analytics etc.
Proficientin Communication & Presentation skills, Data/Web Analysis, Setup A/Btesting practices/ Pre-post analysis, Web Analytics tools like Omniture, GoogleAnalytics, DXT, etc.
Developand execute a comprehensive web analytics data strategy to optimize UX, CX, andweb performance & insights.
Collaboratewith Business function, Category, Product, Merch & UX teams to create anddeliver analytics Reporting and Insights.
Buildand manage best-in-class Web Reporting.
UtilizeSQL to perform data analysis to extract valuable insights from large data setslike Clickstream, transactional data.
Createand maintain internal mapping tables like product hierarchy, Dates, and Adobeclassifications.
Strongproblem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills, both technical andnon-technical to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstratestrong technical expertise in Tableau/SQL and well versed with Adobe Analytics.
Drivedata thought leadership and create end-to-end Web Reporting standards.
ProactivelyIdentify gaps and provide tagging requirements (Build governance in maintainingeVars, Props & Custom events).
Implementbest practices for analytics, staying abreast of industry trends and emergingtechnologies to enhance our capabilities.
Leadhighly functional and agile analytics/data teams.
Performpromotional ROI analysis and develop monthly reporting with key insights andplanning implications.
WebAnalytics: Customer Journey, Page Analytics, Pathing, Search Analytics etc.
Required Experience and Education:
8+ years of related experience in one or more of thefunctional areas: business analytics, eCommerce, or Web analytics roles.
4+years of experience in e-commerce or telecommunications consumer electronicsindustry or management consulting.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field - Master's preferred.
Strongquantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysisusing Excel - Tableau preferred.
Priorexperience leading small teams with the ability to engage and develop talent.
