WHO we're looking for:

We are looking for a eCommerce Senior Web Analytics Consultant to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Web Analytics & UX analytics for ecommerce business.
  • Web Analytics: Customer Journey, Page Analytics, Pathing, Search Analytics etc.
  • Proficient in Communication & Presentation skills, Data/Web Analysis, Setup A/B testing practices/ Pre-post analysis, Web Analytics tools like Omniture, Google Analytics, DXT, etc.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive web analytics data strategy to optimize UX, CX, and web performance & insights.
  • Collaborate with Business function, Category, Product, Merch & UX teams to create and deliver analytics Reporting and Insights.
  • Build and manage best-in-class Web Reporting.
  • Utilize SQL to perform data analysis to extract valuable insights from large data sets like Clickstream, transactional data.
  • Create and maintain internal mapping tables like product hierarchy, Dates, and Adobe classifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Tableau/SQL and well versed with Adobe Analytics.
  • Drive data thought leadership and create end-to-end Web Reporting standards.
  • Proactively Identify gaps and provide tagging requirements (Build governance in maintaining eVars, Props & Custom events).
  • Implement best practices for analytics, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our capabilities.
  • Lead highly functional and agile analytics/data teams.
  • Perform promotional ROI analysis and develop monthly reporting with key insights and planning implications.
  • Web Analytics: Customer Journey, Page Analytics, Pathing, Search Analytics etc.
Required Experience and Education:
  • 8+ years of related experience in one or more of the functional areas: business analytics, eCommerce, or Web analytics roles.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or telecommunications consumer electronics industry or management consulting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field - Master's preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel - Tableau preferred.
  • Prior experience leading small teams with the ability to engage and develop talent.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
