Job Details
Our Client is looking for a Survey CAD Technician for the production of survey related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. These projects include
boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects. This is a full time in office position. The candidate will receive the data from the land surveyor and convert that data into 3D models to pass along to the design team.
Job Description:
TOP SKILLS NEEDED:
- 2 years of Civil 3D software experience
- Take survey data and implementing into Civil 3D software
- Survey site plan generation
Responsibilities:
Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production.
Downloading survey field notes from land surveyor and plotting existing conditions.
Creating surfaces.
Various calculations to support field personnel.
Title report review and compliance.
Identifying problems and providing solutions
Requirements:
2-3 plus years related Civil/Survey experience.
Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D.
Experience interfacing with survey field crews.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Goal oriented and highly organized.
Desire and ability to learn new technologies.
Self-motivated, team player with great communication skills.

-LICA Softwares (LICA CLOUDWORKS & CYCLONE)
-Softwares like Tremble Business Center, Drone Deploy, Laser Scan
-College Degree or Technical School in Civil or Survey Field preferred but not required
