Position Overview: TikTok is seeking a talented Sourcer to join our E-commerce Talent Acquisition team based in Los Angeles. In this role, you will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support our growth by identifying and engaging top-tier talent across various E-commerce functions. This is a 12-month temporary assignment, and the selected candidate will be employed through a PDG.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract key talent for E-commerce roles, including but not limited to Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Operations personnel, at all levels.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the recruiting process and improve efficiency in candidate selection.
Support special hiring initiatives and projects by strategizing talent pipeline development through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely and personalized communication throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing within a high-volume environment, preferably within a search firm or in-house recruiting setting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, social media platforms, and technical forums.
Prior experience in E-commerce or non-technical sourcing roles is preferred but not required.

$35 - $38 an hour
