Job Title: Full Remote Bilingual Quality Improvement Nurse (RN/LPN)

Location: Remote (Must have New York State license)

Position Overview:

As a Full Remote Bilingual Quality Improvement Nurse, you will play a key role in assessing, monitoring, and improving the quality of care provided to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and another language, possess a valid New York state RN or LPN license, and have a passion for quality improvement in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient care processes and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement interventions.
• Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, review quality metrics, and develop action plans.
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding quality improvement processes, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Act as a liaison between frontline staff and leadership to facilitate communication and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends, research findings, and regulatory updates related to quality improvement in healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of New York.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in quality improvement, performance measurement, or healthcare analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
