Hybrid System Administrator (Mid-Level Projects) MSPWe are seeking a Hybrid System Administrator (Mid-Level Projects) MSP with experience supporting Windows Server environments virtualized on VMware/Hyper-V for multiple clients. The Hybrid System Administrator (Mid-Level Projects) MSP will be the escalation support for any and all mid to high-level issues. The Hybrid System Administrator (Mid-Level Projects) MSP will be supporting the network infrastructure implementation and administration of firewalls, routers and switches. The System Administrator (Mid-Level Projects) MSP should have some experience in designing system configuration, documenting, directing, and enforcing system standards.Hybrid System Administrator (Mid-Level Projects) MSP Experience:Excellent communication skills for remote clients and on-site technical supportWindows desktop and server operating systems experienceExperience with Active Directory and Group Policy on the dailyInstallation and configuration of Window server 2016-2019Advanced experience with Microsoft Technologies, AD, O365, Windows Server, LAN/WAN,Knowledge and experience with VMware to perform basic VM edits, troubleshooting extend data stores/partitionsImplementing and configuring network devices (Cisco, SonicWALL, Meraki)Implementation of wired and wireless network software/hardware installation and monitoringMinimize hardware/software downtime on related equipment within network services, telecommunications, and throughout various departments to maximize performance, efficiency, and productivityBeing the second point of defense and being able to resolve escalated ticketsHybrid System Administrator (Mid-Level Projects) MSP Salary & Benefits:Health, Vision, and Dental InsurancePartial Work From Home (2-3 days)401(k)Generous PTOReimbursement for Training/CertsOpportunity Location
