Workday Recruiting Configuration Specialist
- You will have the opportunity to help optimize and expand Workday as a critical tool within the organization. You will focus on understanding the client s business and needs to develop tailored solutions to lead them through the entire lifecycle of Workday.Assist HR in fully leveraging the Workday system into their current business environment
- Advise HR on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Lead and advise HR through the entire system development life cycle
The skills and experience necessary for this role are:
- Expert level knowledge in Workday HCM
- 5+ years of broad Workday experience. Specialized in Global HR Recruiting.
- Workday certification(s)
- Experience working with HR processes and stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle; global exposure is a plus
- Experience with Phenom People and/or Job Description Databases such as JDXpert a plus
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both team members and HR.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with demonstrated ability to share and impart knowledge.
- Project management experience, experience in SCRUM or Agile methodologies is desired.
