**Job Description:**
Become part of the Scrub-A-Dub and join a growing team of customer service professionals. We strive to provide fast, friendly and convenient service. As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be responsible for engaging with Scrub-A-Dub patrons and building trusting relationships. By provide outstanding service with an **outgoing** attitude, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the best possible customer experience.
**What to Expect**
* Promptly greet customers with a friendly and sincere approach
* Directly interact with customers to educate them on the products and services we offer and make recommendations
* Process transactions and Point-Of-Sale(POS)/cashier-related tasks
* Manage traffic flow and guide cars onto the wash conveyor with focus and competence
* Maintain the physical appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the premises
* Learn new processes and procedures by becoming proficient regarding all policies and best practices, including personal appearance expectations
