Established in 1990, our company has successfully executed projects exceeding $350 million in commercial construction as both a general contractor and construction manager. Our diverse portfolio encompasses a wide range of developments, including K-12 and secondary educational facilities, residential and multi-family housing, office buildings, tenant fit-outs, restaurants, churches, healthcare facilities, and more.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience managing ground-up commercial projects between $10M-$30M.
Project Manager
Projects: Commercial ground up $10-$30M
Location: Herndon, Virginia Must LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF HERNDON
Compensation/Benefits: Remote flexibility, up to $145K base, $1000 per month vehicle allowance, 3 -4 weeks PTO, 401k, Health, dental, etc.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience as a PM on applicable projects
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree or 5+ years of directly related experience with no degree
- A basic understanding of construction means and methods associated with the renovation of commercial and institutional buildings and site work related thereto
- Solid understanding/proficiency with spreadsheets, Email, and other software used in the construction industry
- Current safety credentials OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR preferred
