EntryPoint Doors and Windows is currently searching for a Full Time Market Representative for (Northeast Georgia: Hartwell, Clayton, Toccoa and Western South Carolina; Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Clemson and Surrounding areas to support local Home Improvement Retailers and complete transaction in home with end customers. This position is a "dual" role of Store Support and In Home Sales designed to increase leads, sales and revenue within the Millwork Department and other associated areas while providing an in-home consultation to close sales

As a Market representative, you will be responsible for proactively working with Millwork, Store Management and Regional Management to schedule and provide training. Work with customers within Home Improvement Retailer to assist in generating Leads for EntryPoint Programs and make in-home sales calls for quoting purposes. This position requires travel to Georgia Markets of Hartwell, Toccoa, Clayton and South Carolina Markets of Clemson, Anderson, Greenville, Spartanburg and surrounding areas. Occasional trips to Atlanta will be required for training, planning and reviews.

Key Responsibilities: Sales:

  • Meet and engage in ongoing training for Department Teams, Specialty Management and Store Management to ensure they have a complete understanding of the programs available.
  • Provide presentations to staff groups of 5-30 people
  • Participating in in-store events; engaging customers, promoting Entrypoint Services. Coordinate schedule with Specialty Management team
  • Driving Lead generation and customer satisfaction within Assigned Home Improvement Retailer stores
  • Look for opportunities to expand offering and territory.
  • Specialty table-top events.
  • Ongoing training for Specialists in lead generation and Entrypoint Programs

Department Manger Meetings

  • Specialty Team Trainings
  • Maintain Displays as well as look for opportunities to add or enhance displays. Continuous store visits to check literature and meet new associates.
  • Work with our other sales team members to introduce them to store associates.
  • Establishing and managing relationships with Specialist and Specialty Management team
  • Maintaining knowledge of EntryPoint products and services
  • Attending requested training sessions, Sales Team Meeting and conference calls
  • Ride-along visits to Stores and Customers with Entrypoint Management
  • Schedule; 5 days a week; This is a Monday Thru Friday Position with some required Saturdays

Job Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Self Starter and Motivated, Excellent communication and computer skills Some Saturday Work required Ability to pass background check including a Motor Vehicle Report for positions that require travel to multiple locations daily. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to work from home.

Knowledge of Millworks products is a huge plus.
