Product Manager @ agetech startup (remote ok)
Join Mon Ami, a dynamic startup revolutionizing senior services with our SaaS solutions. Backed by top VCs, we're digitizing care delivery to enhance senior well-being. We partner with agencies across the country who are at the frontlines of care, but who are currently not tech-enabled and need a better way to intake, organize and review the data on who they are serving and how.
The position
As a PM at Mon Ami, you are responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences from day one.
There are 3 main expectations:
- Execution: Given a thorny, ambiguous problem, you bring the required clarity to the team through leading discussions, writing specs, and deep QA in order to build a great product on a tight timeline.
- Market intuition: You will have or rapidly develop an exceptional sense of judgment when it comes to our users, what they need, and where risks lie for our product.
- Startup agility & initiative: You re part of a small, scrappy startup team that punches above its weight. This means getting stuff done, figuring things out, marshaling resources to achieve your goals.

have exceptional empathy and listening skills, as judged by your peers and reports (whose references we will ask for)
love digging into data - we use Looker to power our BI, and some SQL skills will go a long way
ideally have experience with enterprise SaaS products while maintaining a firm grasp on clean and beautiful consumer-centered design sensibilities

This position can be located anywhere, but much current staff are in California and Europe, so there is a requirement to overlap 6 daily hours with California and optimally other hours with Europe or California. Some benefits are available only to US residents.
