Job Description
We are seeking a Front-End Loader Operator for our quarry operation located in Hendersonville, NC. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but not limited to:
- Operating a loader in an asphalt plant
- Dumping products in hoppers
- Loading haul trucks
- General maintenance work around the asphalt plant
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Learning and understanding our safety culture and implementing all of Roger's Group safety principles without compromise
Wages starting at
$20.00/hr. for entry level candidates. Some positions require no experience and Rogers Group will train.
Higher pay for skilled operators of heavy equipment with quarry or mining experience. A shift differential is offered in addition to regular wages. Overtime available and extensive medical and retirement benefits.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating heavy equipment loaders preferred
- Require minimal supervision
- Self-starter
- Overtime is required as needed and includes Saturdays
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
