**Location:** Lee's Summit, MO, US, 64081-2904 **Briggs & Stratton / Billy Goat**, located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, is a leading and innovative manufacturer of outdoor power equipment. We specialize in the design and manufacture of machines in three product groups: Debris Management (vacuums, blowers, and debris loaders), Lawn Renovation, and Brush Cutters. We have an immediate opening for a full time **Order Picker** to support our Service Warehouse operations.
**Work Hours**: 8 a.m. 4:30 p.m., Monday Friday. Overtime is **required** at various times during the year. Starting rate of pay is $16.00/hour. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

**Position Description**
Performs a variety of warehouse duties related to shipping and receiving including packing, pulling/checking customer orders, replenishment, shipping, computer operation, scanning equipment, and material handling. Supports the incoming and outgoing of materials, including preparing and/or maintaining any required documents.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Selects, prepares, and packs parts for shipment utilizing the appropriate shipping method. Handles all related paperwork or documents, recording or verifying pertinent information for domestic or international shipping.
- Determines method of shipment, utilizing required shipping software, and knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Processes reports related to shipping including work orders, packing lists, pick lists, bills of lading, customer pick tickets, and related information.
- Audits shipments prior to loading the truck verifying the load against the customer order. Ensures that all transactions have been entered in the system.
- May assist in ensuring inventory accuracy by investigating and correcting variances through cycle counting
- Performs other duties as assigned

Some physical demand; often lifting/moving average weight (25-50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material, may be required to lift up to 70lbs. Generally good working conditions.
