Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, drafting pleadings, and drafting motions.

Qualifications
- Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal experience (at least 2 years' experience is preferable)
- Experience in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research.
- Experience with discovery, deposition coordination, service of pleadings, and other aspects of litigation not required, but strongly encouraged.
- Experience in drafting pleadings and motions
- Requires strong computer skills with 50+ WPM
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional interpersonal & communication skills; communicate effectively with Attorneys and other professionals
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good at taking directions and following through until completion of assignment.
