The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. This role will be supporting our Newborn Stem Cell team at our Tucson, AZ facility. These stem cells can be used as part of a stem cell transplant to help rebuild the immune system for certain cancers, blood and immune system disorders, and metabolic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product and services, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
Qualifications
- HS diploma/GED.
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
