Join our dynamic team at DGS, a cutting-edge data solutions company, for wireless networks, where innovation meets excellence in the realm of Radio Frequency (RF) awareness and environmental monitoring technologies. We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role Network Systems Integrator to play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of DGS technology solutions to ensure our products are RAN or O-RAN compatible, contributing to seamless wireless system integration, and acting as an advisor for our customer-centric solutions within the Wireless/5G space.

In this role you will:
  • Oversee and contribute to systems integration efforts to ensure seamless operation and interaction of various components within the system with a focus on RAN or O-RAN compatibility
  • Define and design the interfaces and data architectures between system components, ensuring interoperability with RAN or O-RAN interfaces.
  • Develop network designs that support both commercial and government applications considering the specific standards and requirements associated with RAN or O-RAN.
  • Provide support for field operations, emphasizing seamless integration with technologies, potentially including RAN or O-RAN equipment.
  • Coordinate the resolution of technical problems within fixed timelines, involving troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the integration of different technologies.
The Ideal Candidate would:
  • Haven proven experience with RAN and O-RAN technology stacks.
  • Experience developing, designing, and tailoring products to be compatible with RAN and O-RAN systems, and/or in-depth knowledge of the requirements and standards of technology to be RAN-compatible.
  • An in-depth knowledge of RF awareness technologies, or background in LTE, Wireless, or similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience
  • Master's Degree with a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience
  • PhD with a minimum of nine (9) years of experience
