Optinet Hawaii LLC a local information technology services company, is looking to fulfill technical support position.
We are hiring for the following full-time position:
- Tier 3 Systems/Network Administrator - minimum 3 years experience
- Hourly Range $30-$50 per hour ($62,400-$104,000 per year)
- Tier 2 Systems/Network Administrator - minimum 2 years experience
- Hourly Range $25-$30 per hour ($52,000-$62,400 per year)
- Tier 1 Field Technician - minimum 1 year experience
- Hourly Range $20-$25 per hour ($41,600-$52,000 per year)
- Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician - minimum 1 year experience
- Hourly Range $20-$25 per hour ($41,600-$52,000 per year)

Day-to-day job duties include:
- IT security services
- Cloud services support
- VoIP services support
- Hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Server setup, programming, and installation
- Basic to advanced networking
- Website development
- Mobile device management
- Basic office duties
- Remote and onsite IT support
Qualification Requirements:
- Reliable
- Full time 40 hours per week
- Punctual
- Daily access to your own working vehicle
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong desire to learn
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
- Must be an independent worker, able to work with limited supervision
- Must be able to climb ladders, squat, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
- May need to work after hours and weekends on occasion
