Your Mission

Architectural Leadership: Shape and drive the technical roadmap for a leading music insights platform, aligning with strategic goals to push the boundaries of music analytics and user engagement.Team Empowerment: Spearhead a specialized tech team, sharing your expertise and passion for software craftsmanship, encouraging innovation, and technical excellence.

Your Expedition Toolkit

Advanced Technical Proficiency: 5+ years of experience in

TypeScript , Node.js , PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Redis, and high-load backend service development.Strong knowledge of

Nginx and DevOps

for effective infrastructure management.Leadership in Tech: Demonstrated excellence in leading and empowering a tech team, expertly balancing hands-on guidance with empowering delegation. Act as a mentor to Senior Developers, fostering their professional development and career growth.Agile Advocacy: Exceptional skill in agile methodologies, adept at managing project timelines, and utilizing tools like Jira for project tracking.Creative Problem-Solving: Natural innovator, adept at overcoming technical challenges and promoting learning.Effective Communication: Superior in conveying technical visions, enhancing teamwork, and aligning with stakeholders.Enhance Quality Assurance: Focus on refining testing processes, ensuring code quality, and upholding accessibility and standard methodologies.Mobile Development:
