Job Title: Warehouse Team Member - Salvage
Location:Goodwill North Central Texas4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: $13.75 per Hour
Work Hours: Full Time position.Outlet is open 7:30 am - 6:30 pm, 7 days per week.Open availability to work varying schedule.
General Job Duties:Use Softline and Hardline tippers to fill balers with salvage or recyclable product; move tables to staging area and/or store floor; move tables to sorting area for recycling sort; meet established daily production quotas.Operate vertical and down stroke balers to generate bales of textiles or recyclables to be sold in the commodities markets.Meet established daily production quotas.Perform all necessary cleaning functions in all areas of the work environment. Other duties as assigned.

Specific Requirements:After in-house training, successfully operate product tippers and vertical or down stroke balers; read, write and possess basic math skills.Team player mentality with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals/quotas.
Physical Requirements:Ability to work in a warehouse setting which includes noise, some extremes in temperature and dust.Walking, stooping, standing, reaching 6 feet (or can with ladder), pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds on a consistent basis, some heavier lifting pulling and/or pushing required at times; Good physical stamina.Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and other team members.Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods of time.Must be sufficiently mobile to work entire facility.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, background check, drug screen and physical examination.
