Job Title: Part-Time HR Manager
Location: Dallas, TX 75230
Hours: Part-Time (25 hours per week), Flexible Schedule (Example: 10am-3pm, 4 days a week)

About the Organization: Our client, a nonprofit organization, located in Dallas, TX, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time HR Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources functions for the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management regarding HR-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and relevant legislation.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a nonprofit or startup environment preferred.
- Strong background in HR generalist or HR business partner roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
