Location: Dallas, TX 75230

Hours: Part-Time (25 hours per week), Flexible Schedule (Example: 10am-3pm, 4 days a week)

Type: Temp to Perm

About the Organization: Our client, a nonprofit organization, located in Dallas, TX, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time HR Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources functions for the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management regarding HR-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and relevant legislation.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a nonprofit or startup environment preferred.
  • Strong background in HR generalist or HR business partner roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
