Responsible for selling a variety of financial products and services including retail loans and deposit products.Manages customer relationships including identifying, prospecting, cross selling and providing quality customerservice to new and existing customers; and actively provides referrals to other areas of the bank.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSells and promotes a variety of deposit products and services to new customers.Sells and promotes retail loans. Interviews applicants, manages loan applications, approves loans when withinlending limit, and directs the loan for approval when lending limit exceeded.Uses effective selling techniques, which creates product interest and generates customer interest. Actively pursuespotential customers and recognizes quality potential customers.Conducts customer contact and provides documentation in compliance with bank policy and banking regulations.Services retail and business customer service requests.Displays knowledge and proficiency in the bank s products and services and builds long-term customerrelationships.Proactively makes contact to existing customers to cultivate customer relations.Performs lead teller daily tasks, which includes but is not limited to, daily teller transactions, vault and cashmanagement, night drop and NSF decisioning.Works in collaboration with Deposit Team to deliver documented policies and procedures.Monitors supply levels throughout the office and orders supplies as needed.Education & Experience

Associate Degree (A.A.) Or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and three to five years relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be on the NMLS Registry or able to become registered and obtain a unique identifier before making anyMortgage Loans as defined by the SAFE Act.Experience working with Microsoft Office platformAbility to learn software systems as needed.Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solvingDesire to be part of something exciting.About
