World-renowned consulting firm seeking to add an extremely high-level project manager to head an ICONIC project that will shape the Miami Skyline for decades to come.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of a LARGE project that will become a Landmark of the Miami Skyline
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
- Managing structure tasks on complex multi-discipline projects (design through construction)
- Managing structure load ratings on conventional and complex bridges using hand calculations
- Technical ability able to lead, perform, and check bridge and structure designs.
- Coordinate and communicate with other disciplines effectively.
- Adherence to scope, schedule, and budget for structure tasks
- Work plan and staffing for each phase of project.
- Work with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority; manages the resources of the project.
- Status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Work closely with with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Support bridge and structure proposal development through strong technical writing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PE License REQUIRED
- 8+ years of experience in project management on Heavy Civil Projects $100M +
- Extensive Cable-Stayed Bridge experience is a HARD REQUIRMENT
