Procession Systems is seeking a Secret-Cleared Financial Analyst to join our program supporting the Army in Fort Belvoir, VA. This will be supporting a recently renewed 3-year contract award; our mission is to work to gather and review program and budget information.
Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst Include:
- Examine financial and budgetary requirements across all facets of resource management programs, employing extensive technical expertise to scrutinize management systems and tackle intricate issues within functional financial domains.
- Conduct data analysis, compile relevant facts, and furnish technical advice to clients, leveraging automated systems like the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for efficient financial data collection and execution.
- Undertake assignments that may include the development of resource documents, execution of studies comparing current findings with historical data, and vigilant monitoring of an organization's resource allocations.
- Oversee and assess resource allocations within the organization, ensuring alignment with objectives and strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth budget analyses for financially prominent programs, such as congressional budget line items, while considering the ramifications of legislative or regulatory changes and contemplating long-term program goals and objectives.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks within the financial and budgetary domain.
Requirements for the Financial Analyst Include:
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Budgeting, or related areas
- General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) experience
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Compensation for the Financial Analyst Includes:
- Salary: $87,000.00 -$140,000.00 (Commensurate with Experience)
