Job Description:
Director Corporate Business Systems (ERP) position is responsible for directing the implementation of Workday business applications. This position defines objectives and sets priorities that drive successful project completion while aligning with the organizations continuous improvement and optimization goals. Serves as the primary internal project technical advisor to the organization.
Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):
- Must have led 5+ Workday enterprise level implementations at AMCs and Medical Providers
- 10 years IT experience to include five years management experience and five years' experience in ERP distributed and web-based technologies.
- Holds expertise within the business applications of Human Resources, Payroll, Finance and Supply Chain in support of the Workday project.
- Monitors project progress, budget and resource alignment across the team
- Reports project risks and issues
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Required (Masters Preferred)
