We foster an environment of personal and professional growth and offer the opportunity to work on interesting and unique projects.OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL GET:* Inspection of bridges and waterfront structures* Ancillary and sign structure inspections* Above water bridge inspection including routine and fracture critical bridge inspections and reporting, bridge rehabilitation design, and bridge load ratings.* Design of bridges, transportation structures, earth retention structures, and waterfront structuresThis position is a mix of office and fieldwork with some local travel. Collins brings the support needed to advance your career, where continuous development and education, and participation in technical societies will be encouraged and supported.* Relocation is availableQualificationsWHAT YOU NEED:* Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited four-year university and a minimum of 4 to 5 years of bridge or ancillary structure inspection experience.* Must have passed the NHI/FHWA Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges course.* Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T) required.* Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.* NICET certification preferred.* Valid driver's license
