Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal facility operation.
Duties:
- Perform inspections and repairs.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks.
- Oversee vendor activities.
- Ensure emergency systems function.
- Manage janitorial services.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Support special projects.
- Provide cost-saving solutions.
- Maintain inventory and keys.
- Assist with budget preparation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Maintenance experience.
- Technical knowledge.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Valid Driver s License.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Schedule:
- Onsite in Plymouth, MN.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
- Optional weekend overtime.
