This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:* Consistently keep the Host stand and surrounding area organized and clean.* Provide fair and consistent seating of residents.* Receive and record reservations by phone or in person.* Answer Dining Room phones.* Check floor and tables for accuracy and cleanliness.* Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set ups.* Responsible for ringing all "carry-out" orders* Provide meals or menu information to residents as requested.* Report all issues or concerns to manager* Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests.* Perform other duties as assigned.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:* Minimum completion of junior year in high school required* Experience in food service work preferred* Experience in working with seniors preferredIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!Pay Range: $20-$21 DOEEEO Employer
