- Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Lead and train kitchen staff in Korean culinary practices, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with AVI Foodsystems management to innovate and adapt menus seasonally.
- Manage food inventory and kitchen resources efficiently, aligning with budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional cooking experience, specifically with Korean cuisine.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a kitchen team.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of corporate dining or large-scale meal production.
- Proficient in both Korean and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent certification, with a focus on Korean cuisine preferred.
