DecoPac is a high growth, high-energy company that designs, manufacturers, markets and distributes the most popular cake decorations and bakery supplies in the bakery industry. Located in Fife, WA we manufacture and distribute our products to all supermarkets, retail bakeries, and ice cream stores throughout North America.
**The Warehouse position is responsible for all efforts related to shipping, inventory control, maintenance o f forklift and delivery truck , warehouse sanitation, and receiving while maintaining a safe environment . This responsibility includes ensuring efficiency as well as accuracy with inventory control.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Shipping of all product s .
* Receive and put away all incoming raw ingredients.
* Drive delivery truck to/from offsite storage.
* Operate forklift for product movement .
* Maintenance of delivery truck and forklift .
* Prep and stage ingredients for production.
* Achieve individual performance standards.
* Observe inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
* Warehouse sanitation .
* Use and understand Personal Protective Equipment.
* Report food safety concerns to Warehouse Management .
* Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required .
* Continuous process improvement .
* O perate in a safe manner and report safety concerns .
**Qualifications (Education/Experience) :**
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent .
* Ability to work flexible schedule with occasional overtime and/or weekend hours.
* Prior warehouse experience desired.
* Ability to use stairs to work on a second level of the shipping floor.
* Ability to lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs., bend, stoop, or reach above the shoulders and below the knees in a fast-paced environment
* Adaptive and flexible to change.
* Ability to communicate verbally with co-workers and supervisors.
* Ability to follow instruction on work processes.
* Ability to maintain working relationship with co-workers and supervisors.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Possess problem solving and decision-making skills

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Position may require overtime during peak business times.
