DACUT is looking for cannabis order fulfillment associates to join our growing team! We are looking for reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented individuals for our production team. Ensuring that our fulfillment team uphold our brand is of utmost importance.
Responsibilities:
- Use our POS in conjunction with Metrc to provide exemplary customer service while upholding Michigan compliance
- Update patients on live orders
- Prepare orders that are submitted through various e-commerce platforms
- Package and label products
- Weigh flower, stock and re-stock fulfillment department, clean and sanitize the work place.
- Pack and twist pre-rolls
- Willing to work in a production line
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Increase productivity and efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Perform any clerical and administrative duties
- Inventory upkeep and weekly auditing with shift manager
Requirements: - 1-2+ years experience in a order fulfillment position
- High School Diploma
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able pass a criminal background check
- Restaurant/Fast Food experience preferred
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, edibles, extracts and other current products on the market
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, must be comfortable talking to all customers
