Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage sales accounts within the assigned territory.
- Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities, expanding our client base.
- Engage with existing leads, nurturing relationships and presenting tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services, closing deals effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, scheduling follow-up appointments to provide updates and address evolving needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Logistics background, particularly in LTL and/or 3PL operations.
- 4+ years of proven success in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms to streamline sales processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and fostering client trust.
- Strong negotiation abilities, capable of securing favorable outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with a keen sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with persuasive presentation abilities.
- Track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
