Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage sales accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities, expanding our client base.
  • Engage with existing leads, nurturing relationships and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services, closing deals effectively.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, scheduling follow-up appointments to provide updates and address evolving needs.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Logistics background, particularly in LTL and/or 3PL operations.
  • 4+ years of proven success in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms to streamline sales processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and fostering client trust.
  • Strong negotiation abilities, capable of securing favorable outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with persuasive presentation abilities.
  • Track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
