  • POSITION: Property Manager Administrative Assistant
  • PAY: $19/hr
  • SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday 9 am-5 pm/Friday 9 am-4 pm
  • LOCATION: Newark, NJ
This growing property management company is seeking an experienced and highly organized administrative assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Property Manager Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and schedules
  • Assisting with lease administration, including tenant communication and record keeping
  • Coordinating property inspections and coordinating repairs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants, vendors, and clients
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Following up on tasks and deadlines to ensure completion
Property Manager Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Proven experience in property management administrative support
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, vendors, and clients
  • Highly organized with strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
