The company is a well-funded technology and entertainment business delivering a cutting-edge streaming and VR technology platform that is disrupting the entertainment industry with a uniquely immersive experience that has never existed. This start-up has doubled in the last 12 months and has created this new role to join the global marketing function.


The company has partnerships with the NBA, UFC, NFL, Premier League, Fifa World Cup and has partnered with universities, government agencies and recreational-oriented companies. These partnerships are growing and this experience which leverages 4k to 8k streaming can be created in almost any industry.


Summary:

The growing marketing team is building a global brand, representing its category's best in class. The team is responsible for developing marketing strategies, materials, and narratives in service of all companies and their respective audiences.


As a Senior Graphic Designer on our Marketing team, you will contribute to driving our visual brand identity and creating impactful marketing materials across various channels. You will work closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to translate strategic goals into compelling design solutions that resonate with our target audience. This is an opportunity for a passionate and proactive designer to contribute significantly to our brand and marketing efforts.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-quality graphic design materials for various marketing initiatives, including print collateral (brochures, presentations, ads, packaging, etc.), digital collateral (website assets, email, and social media), photos, and video are a plus.

Collaborate with marketing team members to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.

Translate marketing strategies into visually appealing and compelling design concepts. Bringing an experimenting mindset to the table.

Ensure brand consistency across all design materials, including preparation of production-ready files for all mediums, including digital and print

Possess excellent organizational to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently

Evaluate and improve asset management practices to scale with company growth

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Provide feedback, support, and mentorship to other designers

Stay up-to-date with visual research, industry trends, and best practices, and understand how, if at all, to incorporate them into our brand strategy.


Experience:

Start-up DNA: Willing to roll up sleeves, do foundational work, and test innovative approaches. Able to prioritize deftly. Comfortable with setting their own direction and adjusting to the landscape.

6+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within a marketing setting.

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Proven ability to lead, communicate, and adapt within a charged environment to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and a deep understanding of brand marketing and design standards.

High attention to design detail, with an interest in usability and customer journey

Strong presentation and communication skills, both internal and external, with the ability to work within a partially remote team environment.

Proficiency in current design software and technologies

Strong knowledge of best practices for both web and pre-press print execution.
