Customer Service Representative


Job Details

Robert Half is looking for a high-touch, very sharp, senior customer service focused candidate to help work in a call-center environment to help their 3,000+ customers. Our client is targeting individuals who are familiar with financial services, sensitive, reliable, consistent, and friendly.

These are high-profile, wealthy individuals that will need help accessing their funds and navigating through/being onboarded in the platform. Role will consists of mostly inbound calls as customers call in with questions or concerns regarding the platform. This role is 100% on-site, M-F, 40 hrs/week.


Qualifications


  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
