Provide on-floor training support for newly onboarded/developing manufacturing technicians. Develop and maintain employee curriculum and learning plan as per job function or task, including on the job trainings (OJ - Ts) for manufacturing areas. Manage the learning management system to ensure accuracy and compliance of employee learning requirements. Ensure consistent compliance with external and internal AbbVie policies/procedures impacting training efforts. Responsibilities.
