Job Details

As a Market Brand Representative (MBR) On-Premise, you'll have the chance to expand our portfolio within designated On-Premise outlets, building and nurturing relationships to drive revenue and profit growth for our flagship brands, Old Fourth Distillery and Shortbarrel bourbon.

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience preferred; sales internship or sales role in consumer goods highly desirable
  • Bartending or spirits knowledge is highly desirable
  • A valid driver's license required
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Willingness to travel out of state or Atlanta region as needed
  • Residence within or near the designated territory required
  • Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor s permit in any state.
  • Strong social media skills are a plus

  • As a Market Brand Representative (MBR) On-Premise, focus on expanding the Shortbarrel and Old Fourth Brands portfolio within designated On-Premise outlets (e.g., Bars, Restaurants, Hotels)
  • Build and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with establishment owners and managers to drive revenue and profit growth
  • Adopt a solution-oriented approach, prioritize customer service, and strive for success in every interaction
  • Additional Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth within assigned accounts, driving market share for Shortbarrel and Old Fourth
  • Utilize consumer and category insights to educate customers, address challenges, and optimize sales
  • Collaborate with wholesaler partners to support in-outlet selling and execution
  • Plan and execute programs to achieve volume, distribution, and execution targets
  • Cultivate valuable relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
  • Serve as the primary liaison between key customers, wholesalers, and internal teams
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and work with customers to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals
  • Regularly assess account performance and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and growth
  • Assist the head of sales in brand building, programming, and distribution initiatives with customers
