How You Will Make an Impact
Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for extending world-class hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle
What Winning Looks Like:
- Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Enthusiastically greet customers
- Maintain lot display and merchandising materials on vehicles
- Valet customer vehicles
- Keep vehicles organized
- Transport vehicles to and from other locations
- Wash and prepare vehicles for pickup
- Maintain cleanliness for all vehicles
- Inspects vehicles out of detail
- Detail sold vehicles for customers
Skills Needed to Win:- Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets

- Possess a valid in-state driver's license and pass a motor vehicle report assessment and possess an acceptable safe driving record
