We have an opportunityfor aSenior Product Offering Management Specialist role to leadour Hearing and Communications product line on our general safety team withinthe Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business. Located in the heart of uptown Charlotte, NC, Honeywell PPE is a global leader insafety, comfort and security. Make aglobal impact and help us better understand our end-users, launch newinnovations in hearing protection and help us leap forward with enhancedcommunication devices that also serve as PPE to keep wears safer. We have united the most respected offerings in the safetyindustry to deliver an unparalleled, best-in-class retail line of safetyproducts and systems focused on quality and performance.In this role you ll be at the heart of our business, workingclosely with field sales, marketing communications,strategic marketing, globalR&D, procurement,supply chain,manufacturing. customer care, key business partners and theseniormanagementteam to maximize the growth, development and return oninvestment of the business today and in the future.For more information about theproducts, please visit: you will be doing:Manageproduct life cycle, new product road map and overall product strategy to driverevenue, orders and gross profit for the region. You will be daily part of aglobal team for both product development and go-to-market plans in regionsaround the world. You will partner with the sales and channel teams to leadpricing and develop plans to target new business opportunities and grow yourbusiness line. You will become the clearvoice for your segment and define the end-user product requirements and facilitatethe tactical SKU system actions.
Responsibilities:Execute product strategy and full life cycle includingNew Product Initiatives and sunsetting of old products with a globaldevelopment team for global marketsEngage with key customers as the product line expertand key advisorFocus on Voice of Customer to drive product developmentand enhancementsAccountable for pricing, profitability and helping todeliver total revenue for the hearing and communications product lineIdentify business opportunities, and developopportunity pipelinesSupport sales processesHandle technical queries.Network within industryManage import and export processes to ensure productflowMUSTHAVE:3+ years of experience across productmarketing, new product introductions or product management experience withtangible/durable products or electronicsExperience in related fields such asindustrial sales or product engineering could serve to partially supplement theproduct management experience.U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTMust be a US Citizen due to contractual obligations.
